AGRI AMONG PREFERRED PARTY-LISTS IN 2025 MIDTERM ELECTIONS AGRI Party-list is one of the top preferences among party-lists for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections, according to the latest survey conducted by Tangere. The survey which ran from October 1 to 4 with a sample size of 2,400 participants across the Philippines, said that AGRI ranks 8th among 44 party-lists in the Philippines. “Taos-pusong pasasalamat po sa ating mga kababayan sa patuloy na tiwala at suporta sa AGRI. Malaking inspirasyon po ito para lalo pang pagbutihin ang aming trabaho, paglilingkod at pagtupad sa mandatong kaloob po ninyo,” AGRI Party-list Representative and Senatorial Aspirant Cong. Wilbert “Manoy” T. Lee said. AGRI Party-list, assigned to Ballot Number 88 for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections, vows to continue its unwavering support to farmers, fisherfolk and local food producers. Further, it commits to continue crafting policies and legislations to ease the plight of the marginalized sectors. “Magpapatuloy po ang aming pagsisikap para sa kapakanan ng mga nasa sektor ng agrikultura, agarang tugunan ang pangangailangan at pagaanin ang pasanin ng ating mga kababayan,” AGRI stated. The party-list championing the improvement of the country’s agriculture sector consistently rakes impressive ratings from various surveys. Last July, AGRI ranked 6th in OCTA Research’s Tugon ng Masa survey. It also ranked 3rd in the RP Mission’s “Boses ng Bayan” June survey of Top Performing Party-list Representatives in the country. This 19th Congress, AGRI Party-list principally authored landmark legislations such as Republic Act No. 11953 or the “New Agrarian Emancipation Act”, RA 11985 or “Philippine Salt Industry Development Act”, and the recently enacted RA 12022 or the “Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act”. Currently, AGRI is persistently pushing, among others, for the passage of the “Cheaper Rice Act,” “Post-harvest Facilities Act,” Kadiwa Agri-Food Terminal Act” and “Fishing Shelters and Ports Act” to protect the livelihood of local food producers and provide long-term solutions to rising prices of food. ### Previous Activities Share the News!
